Pre-sales Service:

In-sale services:

After the execution of the contract, the technical department of the company will contact the relevant departments of the user by hotline and exchange opinions at any time to meet the requirements of the user to the greatest extent.

After-sales service:

1. Technical consultation: answer the technical questions raised by customers within 2 hours.

2, troubleshooting: when receiving customer complaints about equipment failure, it is determined that the site should be handled, should arrive at the site of the fault within 8-24 hours.

3. Maintenance guarantee: lifetime maintenance (except consumables and replacement parts).

4, warranty period: the whole machine warranty is twelve months.

5. Return visit: within the warranty period, return visit every two months (telephone visit or customer site), and after the warranty period, not less than four times a year (telephone visit or customer site).

The content includes: checking the machine, instructing the daily maintenance, and communicating the maintenance technology.

6, spare parts supply: we will timely supply customers with spare parts for operation and maintenance according to the factory price, and ensure that the quality meets the equipment requirements of the standard.

7. Acceptance is an integral part of the contract and has the same legal effect as the contract.
